This Heating Mantle is a fiberglass insulated round bottom flask heaters for laboratory applications. The exterior of the heating mantle is a plastic-coated metal casing, with a pre-molded fiberglass liner to hold the round-bottom flasks. The heating element consists of a chrome-nickel alloy resistance wire, which is electrically insulated using a crocheted high-temperature yarn. The adapted shape ensures an even heat transition to the glass flask, and a layer of fiberglass insulation under the heating element reduces heat dissipation to increase efficiency.

Notes
1. When used for the first time, there are white smoke and odor in the sleeve.
It is normal that the color changes from white to brown and then to white.
Because the glass fiber contains oil and other compounds in the production process,
it should be put in the ventilation place. It can be used normally after several minutes disappear.
2. The creak-creak sound of the electric heating mantle above 3000ml is due to the different
structure of the furnace wire and related to the voltage-regulating pulse signal of the controlled silicon.
It can be safely used.
3. When the liquid overflows into the sleeve, please quickly turn off the power supply, put the
electric heating mantle in the ventilation place, and use it after drying, so as to avoid the
danger of leakage or short circuit.
4. Please keep the electric heating mantle in a dry non-corrosive gas place when it is not in use for a long time.
5. Please do not use an empty heating or dry burning.
6. When the ambient humidity is too high, the induction electricity may be transmitted to the housing
through the insulation layer. Please make sure the grounding wire and pay attention to ventilation.
